Can I customize this app.?

Yes, You can customize the app as required and add many features required including design.

Is the app is white-label?

Yes, You free to add your logo to this app or color combination of your own choice. You can remove all the default text/logo and replace it with your own.

Can we get source code with purchase?.

Once you purchase a product and payment success, you can download the complete source code.

It's a one-time purchase or needs to pay Monthly/Yearly.

Once you purchase the code their no other charges on a Monthly/Yearly basis. If you required maintenance or support then only need to Pay.

Does this product come with a backend?

Yes, it's a complete package including User app, Delivery app, Admin Dashboard, Web app (Coming soon) included, and ready to launch your store straightway.

Do we receive support with products?

Yes, you will receive free support on any bugs found in the product. 3 months you receive free new updates once we release any new feature you able to download.

Can you help with deployment to the server OR upload to the store?

NO, Whatever cost mentioned on product only includes their cost and you need to manage all the deployment or upload on the store but if some small issue comes then you can ask and we try to help. We provide extra services For deployment you can check.

How much time it takes after payment to download files.

It's instant, as soon as your payment success you able to download the product your ORDERS section.

Can we get a new update one you release new features?

Yes once you purchase our product, you can download all new releases and old releases from your orders. If you want to update then have the option to upgrade support/maintenance anytime.

Do you provide support and maintenance?

You can contact us for custom support and maintenance work and we sign SLA and provide full support on the production app.

Do you help to customize this app?

In this package, we have to APP source code End-user and Delivery Boy, Both the app build on flutter latest version.

Which database been used in this product.

MongoDB as used for Database storage.

Can we change the database to our preferred DB?

Yes, You can change but lots of work required as you need to change almost all the API and their query to match the current database Model.

Which language admin dashboard been developed.

We used the Angular 8 Framework to build our dashboard and Website. It soon updates on Angular 9 as in the coming week.

Which payment gateway integrated with the app.

Default we integrated Stripe payment gateway with the app but you can implement any local payment gateway support in your country Or contact us through our chat and we can do it as a service.

How's your license work?

There are 2 types of licenses. Single and Extended, If you want to use source code in more than one app or domain then you need to get an extended license. You may check our license in details and if there is any more question contact us.

Is this app fully ready to use for my grocery store?

Yes app ready to use for your shop, You can purchase and download source code and deploy it within a day.

What will happen if the purchased product not matches with features mentioned on your website or have bugs?

We tried our best to make the product bug free but if any bugs find during your testing or use we are committed to fixing all bugs in free. If their any features not available that mention in the product description we offer a full refund.

Yes, Since our Grocery App build with the Flutter framework so it will work on both iOS and Android.

How many users this app can handle?

It can handle any number of users, If user/product get an increase to you need to increase your server capacity to handle more customer.
