## Do these products work with my framework?

All products of **IONICFIREBASEAPP** is based on HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. They work with any backend framework. You can integrate using any language (NodeJS, PHP, Java, etc.) and any framework (Express, Rails, Spring, etc.). The front-end part which we provide is not affected by the backend

We develop the backend for all of our products, and we use NodeJS as backend with MongoDB as a database. We build our product with **MEAN/MERN** Stack.

## What if I Purchase something and it doesn't work explain?

Firstly, all of our products work because we had tested them and updated them regularly. Thousands of people had already used them before. But there may be a bug/Error or something missing in the process you are undergoing, so contact us. Send a mail to <info@ionicfirebaseapp.com>, and we'll get back to you, within one working days.

## What if I don't know how to use the products?

o use our products, you need minimum knowledge of web development and front-end or backend. We have written docs on how to start if you are a beginner. We are always regularly posting video tutorials that show use-cases for our templates. You can watch them on our [channel](https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCAes_uRy_H3pJ7z4OO78oIg).

### What if I want to upgrade personal license to Extended license?

You can upgrade from Personal License to Developer License whenever you want by just paying the difference. You just have to send us an email with the product that you have and we will give you an unique coupon for the upgrade. For example if you paid $49 for ionic firebase restaurant app - Personal License and now you need the Extended License which is $300, you just need to pay $251.

### What is the difference between personal and developer license?

On the package level (the file that you download) there is no difference. The difference is only in what you can do with that package. Personal License allows you to use our product for an own website/app, for your startup or a single client, while the Extended License enables you to create multiple websites/apps for different clients, for a SaaS application where you charge your users for using the product and also develop themes/templates for sale. The themes/templates that you build cannot look like the original product; you need to change images, text, elements orders, etc. Please find the below link for more information about the licenses.

Sure! Just send us an email to <info@ionicfirebaseapp.com> with your company details and we will send you your invoice.

## Do you offer client services?

Yes, we had just built our new product and maintaining them on a regular basis although we would like to know about your project and then suggest if we can work on your project or not.

We are currently working to add more payment methods to our website.

Currently you can pay through any Credit or Debit Card.&#x20;

## What do I get when I buy a template at IonicFirebaseApp? <a href="#what-do-i-get-when-i-buy-a-template-at-ionicthemes" id="what-do-i-get-when-i-buy-a-template-at-ionicthemes"></a>

You will get a zip file with all the source code, including JavaScript, CSS, and HTML files with the license of the product.

If the template doesn't meet your expectations, you can ask for a refund by contacting us at <info@ionicfirebaseapp.com>. If you wish to receive a refund, IonicFirebaseApp will issue you a refund and ask you to specify how the product failed to live up your expectations.
