What's the difference between Single and Extended Licenses?

The use of an item is bound by the license you purchase. A license grants you a non-exclusive and non-transferable right to use and incorporate the template in your personal or commercial projects. There are two licenses available: Single and Extended.

You cannot push the code of the template into a public Github repository. Please use private repositories, now they are free.

IonicFirebaseApp template licenses are app-based. That means you don’t need to buy a license for each developer. You need one license per app/project. ‌

You will be responsible for choosing the appropriate license type. You are not allowed to redistribute these files in any way.

Single License: Single Application License

1. Your use of the item is restricted to a single installation.

2. Create End Products for clients or personal projects.

3. The item cannot be redistributed or resold.

4. You may modify or manipulate the Item. You may combine the Item with other works and make a derivative work from it. The resulting works are subject to the terms of this license.

5. If the item contains licensed components, those components must only be used within the item and you must not extract and use them on a stand-alone basis.

6. You cannot replicate or make modifications to the item and sell it on any website as your own product.

7. You can modify all the source code as your requirements like Logo, Color, or custom features.

8. You get complete source code after purchase.

Extended License: Multiple Applications License

1. Your use of the item is extended to multiple installations.

2. This is a 'multi-user' license, which means you may use an Item multiple times, in many projects.

3. Create End Products for clients or personal projects.

4. The item can't be redistributed or resold.

5. You may modify or manipulate the Item. You may combine the Item with other works and make a derivative work from it. The resulting works are subject to the terms of this license.

6. You can modify all the source code as your requirements like Logo, Color, or custom features.

7. If the item contains licensed components, those components must only be used within the item and you must not extract and use them on a stand-alone basis.

8. You get complete source code after purchase.

Other license terms:

• The author of the Item retains ownership of the Item but grants you the license on these terms. This license is between the author of the Item and you.

Do I need to pay a new license per platform?

No, the templates at IonicFirebaseApp are licensed per app, meaning that it doesn’t matter if your app will be available for Android or iOS, you will need to pay a single license per app (not per platform).

Can I upgrade my license?

Yes, if you want to upgrade your license from Single to Extended send us an email to [e-mail] and we will handle it.
