Subscription Feature

It provides a detailed information about how the subscription feature works

Subscription is a business model that allows customers to subscribe to the products they need on a recurring basis for a certain period of time-based on their convenience. Subscription Products are products where a customer must pay a subscription price to have access to the product or service and they get billed on a recurring schedule. Our Readymade Grocery App provides Daily, alternate, every 3 days weekly, monthly recurring subscriptions for any kind of products you sell.

How it works :

Step1: In the CMS Store admin can add the subscription for products as displayed in the below screenshot

In order to add a subscription for the products click on products at the left side- bar and then click on the add product button while adding the product when you add variants you can see the subscription checkbox if you check it and fill all the mandatory fields subscription gets added for that particular product and it gets displayed in the home screen of the web app as displayed in the below screenshot

Step2:Once the user clicks on view all he can view all subscribed products as displayed in the below screenshot.

Step3:In order to subscribe for any of the product click on the subscribe button so that that product will take you to the page to fill in all the details like schedule, address etc as displayed in the below screenshot

Step4:User can select the address for which their order needs to get delivered from the dropdown and choose the pick schedule based on their requirement like

Daily: User will get their orders delivered for the products which they have subscribed daily morning

Weekly: User will get their orders delivered for the products which they have subscribed weekly once that is last day of week 7th day

Monthly: User will get their orders delivered for the products which they have subscribed monthly once

Alternate: User will get their orders delivered for the products which they have subscribed alternate days

Every three days: User will get their orders delivered for the products which they have subscribed once in 3 days

For all the subscribed products payment happens through wallet only Once the order is placed the amount gets deducted from the wallet

After filling in all these users can select the subscription start date by selecting the date, year, and month from the date time picker so that the subscription starts on the selected date

After filling in all the mandatory fields click on subscribe button so that product gets subscribed successfully as displayed in the below screenshot

Once any product is subscribed as explained above the user can view it in subscriptions as displayed in the below screenshot

Note: For example, you have subscribed product today by giving start date tomorrow your order gets placed tomorrow around 11:30 am so that you can view it at 11:30 am if you view it the previous day you can't find the products here once the orders take place then only you can view. And amount gets deducted from the wallet once the order is placed in the morning, not before that

Users can also modify their subscription if any changes required by going to subscriptions and clicking on modify button as displayed in the screenshots

After modifying the changes click on the update subscription button so that the subscription gets updated successfully

User can also cancel the subscription if they don't need. If the user cancels the subscription they can neither modify it nor pause the subscription.

User can also pause the subscription by clicking on the pause button and selecting the start date and end date so that the subscription will be paused for the selected date as displayed in the below screenshot

Once paused user can also resume it by clicking on the resume button as displayed in the below screenshot so that the subscription will become active

Note: We can subscribe only one variant at a time. If there are multiple variants it will not directly navigate to the checkout page instead it navigates to the variant select page as displayed in the below screenshot

After subscribing products and once the order is placed admin can manage various statuses such as pending, out for delivery, confirmed, delivered and canceled. The same status which has set by admin gets reflected for the users via a web app and user app so that it is easy for the customers to track their order as displayed in the below screenshot

Add Money to the wallet: After subscribing to any product money gets deducted from the wallet so make sure that you add money to the wallet In order to add money to the wallet follow the below steps:

Step1:Go to the profile option in the sidebar and select wallet

Step2:Click on add amount button at the bottom

Step3:Enter the amount which you want to add and click on add money button

It will take you to the payment page where you can add your card details and add money to your wallet by clicking on pay option as displayed in the below screenshot

So that amount gets added to the wallet successfully
